Alexa is a compassionate patient care advocate with a strong background in caregiving and a deep commitment to improving the lives of others. With over three years of experience as a caregiver in an assisted living facility, Alexa brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to her current role at Total Health. She partners with Occupational and Physical Therapists to encourage and support patients on their journey toward better health and a more fulfilling lifestyle.
Outside of her professional work, Alexa enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, finding peace and joy in nature. Her passion for helping others extends beyond her career—Alexa is most fulfilled when she can make a real difference in someone’s life.

Kelly BeShaw, DC
Dr. Kelly Beshaw is a licensed chiropractor in New Jersey and Georgia, dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and achieve long-term wellness through personalized, evidence-based care. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University after completing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Dr. Beshaw treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions using techniques including Diversified, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Thompson, SOT, extremity adjusting, and spinal decompression. As an Associate Chiropractor at Total Health Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Center and a former collegiate lacrosse player, she is passionate about movement, injury prevention, and helping patients maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.

Rebecca Dykeman, OTR/L
Rebecca Dykeman, MS, OTR/L, is a compassionate Occupational Therapist who is dedicated to helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. She believes that every patient deserves individualized care and works closely with each person to create treatment plans that support their unique goals and lifestyle.
Rebecca earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Stony Brook University and has experience treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions in outpatient rehabilitation. She is passionate about empowering patients through education, encouragement, and evidence-based care, helping them build confidence throughout their recovery journey.
In her spare time, Rebecca can be found reading, hiking and spending time with her family and her dog.
